Colorado Springs Condos and Townhomes for Sale

Thinking of Buying a Condo and Townhome in Colorado? Some things to consider are the associations and what they include. Look into what company actually runs the HOA, some are ran well, others are not. Make sure you do your due diligence in exploring and understanding the covenants and HOA rules. Some HOA's will not let you rent your property out, and this could effect you if you plan on moving from the property in the future, or plan to rent it out. Condos and Townhomes are generally more affordable than single family homes,  and because of this there can be more competition due to the lower inventory and better price point. Getting financing can be a bit more difficult if the HOA does not have good financials or money in their reserves. Make sure you talk to one of our agents to help you further.
