You will find petrified redwood stumps and a wide variety of detailed fossils, plants, and insects that tell the story of prehistoric Colorado. For animal lovers, the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center is a great way to see wildlife in a safe way. This Center is not a zoo. They offer guided, educational tours where you can see wolves, coyotes, and foxes and hear the stories of why they are at the wildlife center. Whatever your outdoor pleasure, this beautiful land of mountains, meadows, lakes, and rivers will provide whatever is needed for hiking, horseback riding, fishing, camping, hunting and much, much more.
