Hey, here is a little bit about myself. So before the exciting world of Real Estate, I was an operations manager for a franchise for 17 years, managing 8 general managers, 350 employees, always making sure our employees had great training and tools to provide great customer service to every single guest, and making sure they leave satisfied. I believe the same concepts apply to Real Estate by empowering our clients with the right tools and knowledge to make informed decisions about buying and selling. The more you empower your employees and customers the more educated and confident they will be and not afraid to push the limits. I would like to believe I bring my work ethic and dedication to the Real Estate field, by working day and night answering my phone and working weekends and holidays. As operation manager, I was fortunate to invest in investment properties from buying condos and single-family homes, multi-family units, and occasionally vacant land. We believe in the Dave Ramsey model of trying to pay off all our debt and we are fortunate enough now to try and give back to the community and try to save them as much money as possible. I believe in Real Estate you should be open and transparent and always a teacher, and in any aspect of life, I believe you should be focused and competitive and always learning. The ways I try to accomplish this is through my hobbies, Several of my hobbies include going to the gym, playing on our local Colorado Springs Rugby Club, and getting Real Estate Certifications. I always believe to be educated and you should never practice on your clients you should have the knowledge and proper tools.
